Information used and why

• Order targets, service selections, quantities and status records are used to submit and track supplier fulfilment and investigate delivery problems.
• Payment references, amounts, currencies and service-balance ledger entries support payment verification, accounting, reconciliation and disputes.
• Support correspondence is used to answer your request and resolve account or order issues.
• Technical and security information, including request/session information and logs, is used to operate the website, diagnose failures and investigate abuse.

Please provide only necessary information. Do not send social-account passwords, OTPs or card security codes. Payment details entered on a payment provider's hosted checkout are handled under that provider's own privacy notice.

Storage, access and retention

Account, order, payment and support records are retained within the operational system and recovery backups. Retention and erasure requests require review of service needs, unresolved disputes and applicable accounting or legal obligations; immediate deletion of every record or backup is not promised. Ask support for the retention information relevant to your account. Access is restricted through application permissions and administrative controls, but no online system can promise absolute security.

We retain records only for documented operational, dispute, accounting or legal needs. On a retention or deletion request, we review the relevant records and explain any continuing reason for retention and the proposed handling of recovery backups. This is a review process, not a promise of automatic deletion after a fixed number of days.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to or correction of your information, account closure, deletion, or information about available rights under applicable law. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing account data. Explain the request using your account email and avoid sending identity documents unless requested through an appropriate protected channel. Transactional messages about an existing account, payment or order are distinct from optional marketing.

Updates and complaints

We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours of receipt and resolve them within one month of receipt, communicating the outcome and reasons by email. Any shorter applicable statutory deadline remains unaffected. We will update the version date when this notice changes.
